Prices

TAXES: 8% (NOT INCLUDED)

Final cleaning: for stays shorter than one week, 40 € will be charged for final cleaning of the house. For stays longer than one week, 45 € will be charged for final cleaning of the house.

Minimal stay: 2 nights
Estancias long stays: consult prices (NO ANNUAL RENT)
Daily rent (just off season): consult availability and prices

Bails: in the delivery of keys it will be necessary to deposit a bail of 100€ which will be returned integrally with a bank transfer for a maximal delay of 72 hours, on condition that no damage was caused in the house.

ANIMALS ARE NOT ADMITTED

BOOKING'S CONDITIONS

50 % of the total amount in the moment of the reservation and 50 % the first day of occupation in the house.

In case of annulment of your reservation:

With more than 30 days: 15% of the reservation

From 30 to 10 days: 25% of the reservation

From 10 to 1 day: 45% of the reservation

If you don't appear the day of entry: 50% of the reservation
