Santiago de Compostela is after Jerusalen and Rome, the third Saint City of the world.

It is located in the Northwest end of Spain, and is the Cultural and Political Capital of the Independent Community of Galicia.

Santiago de Compostela arises between the forest and the Spanish rivers, surronding the whereabouts of the discovery of Santiago The Apostle´s tomb, in the IX Century. It was declared Patrimony of the Humanity by UNESCO for it´s multicultural character and being a goal of a millenarian peregrination route, el Camino de Santiago (Santiago´s Path).

This path has attracted thousands of pilgrims, whom during the last decades have conjoined the spiritual, social and cultural character of a major touristic spot.

Their arrival as pilgrims, admirers of its monumental quality, or as passing travelers, arrived from a modern and professional city, has managed to mix all sorts of people and cultures from all over the world.

This impressive Cathedral, Renaissance and Baroque is the distinctive symbol of the city.
